This Payment & Settlement Policy explains how prices, currency, taxes, payment authorization, payment processors and invoicing work when you pay for a booking through AVIOR. AVIOR is operated by Amylia Aviation Technology Inc. or the AVIOR entity identified at checkout.
Prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout. Currency conversion, bank charges, card-network fees and foreign transaction fees charged by third parties are outside AVIOR's control unless expressly included.
Applicable taxes and platform or Provider fees will be disclosed where required. Certain Provider-side costs may be payable directly on site and will be identified where known.
By submitting payment, the payer represents that the payment method is authorized and permits AVIOR and its payment processors to seek authorization, capture payment and process permitted refunds or adjustments.
Payment services may be provided by independent or contracted processors. Full card numbers and CVV/CVC values should ordinarily be handled by authorized processors rather than stored by AVIOR.
If payment authorization fails, expires, is reversed or is subject to a valid chargeback, AVIOR may suspend confirmation, cancel the booking or request another payment method, subject to applicable law.
Electronic receipts, confirmations or invoices may be issued by AVIOR, the Provider or the applicable payment entity depending on the transaction structure.
