This Privacy Policy explains how AVIOR processes personal information across its websites, applications, booking infrastructure, payments, support and related services. AVIOR is operated by Amylia Aviation Technology Inc. or the AVIOR entity identified at checkout.

7.1 Scope

This Privacy Policy applies to personal information processed through AVIOR websites, applications, mini-programs, user portals, Provider portals, enterprise portals, APIs, booking infrastructure, payments, support, security and related services.

7.2 Persons Covered

It may apply to visitors, registered users, pilots, trainees, instructors, Provider personnel, airline or enterprise users, payers, representatives, support contacts and other identifiable individuals involved in AVIOR transactions.

7.3 Information You Provide

AVIOR may process account details, contact information, profile information, booking requests, pilot or training information, company details, communications, support records and documents you choose or are required to provide.

7.4 Transaction Information

AVIOR may process booking amount, currency, payment status, masked payment details, billing information where required, processor transaction identifiers, refunds, credits, invoices, receipts, chargeback status and reconciliation records.

7.5 Refund and Dispute Data

AVIOR may process cancellation reasons, timestamps, Provider responses, refund eligibility, refund amounts, correspondence, supporting evidence and dispute records.

7.6 Technical and Security Data

AVIOR may process device, browser, network, log, authentication, fraud-prevention, security and diagnostic information reasonably necessary to operate and protect the Platform.

7.7 Service Delivery

Personal information may be used to create accounts, search services, facilitate bookings, confirm eligibility, process transactions, communicate with users and Providers, and provide customer support.

AVIOR may send transactional messages necessary for bookings, payments, security, support and service changes. Marketing communications will be handled in accordance with applicable consent and unsubscribe requirements.

7.12 AI and Automated Functions

Where AVIOR uses AI or automated tools for search, matching, scheduling, fraud detection, support or analytics, material production uses should be documented and operated with appropriate human oversight and legal review where required.

7.13 Providers

AVIOR may share booking and participant information with the Provider where reasonably necessary to deliver the requested service, verify prerequisites, manage safety, billing or support.

7.14 Service Providers

AVIOR may use payment processors, cloud and hosting providers, communications vendors, analytics services, identity or fraud-prevention providers, professional advisers and other vendors subject to appropriate legal and security controls.

7.15 Independent Third Parties

Where a third party independently determines how it processes information, that third party's own privacy policy and legal responsibilities may apply.

Because AVIOR may connect users, airlines and Providers in different countries, personal information may be processed or accessed across borders. AVIOR will apply required transfer safeguards and jurisdiction-specific measures where applicable.

AVIOR retains personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the relevant purpose, legal obligations, transaction records, disputes, security or legitimate business needs, subject to applicable law.
