Trust Center

Last updated: 2026-08-07

This Trust Center explains the security, privacy and reliability commitments AVIOR applies across its platform, including accounts, bookings, payments and the data that supports them. AVIOR is operated by Amylia Aviation Technology Inc. or the AVIOR entity identified at checkout.

Security and privacy commitments

8.1 Security by Design

AVIOR seeks to apply proportionate technical and organizational safeguards to protect accounts, transactions and personal information throughout the service lifecycle.

8.2 Access Controls

Access to production systems and personal information should be limited according to role, business need and authorization, with administrative access subject to enhanced controls.

8.3 Encryption and Secure Transmission

AVIOR should use appropriate encryption or equivalent safeguards for sensitive data in transit and, where appropriate, at rest, depending on system architecture and risk.

8.4 Payment Security

Sensitive card credentials should be handled through authorized payment systems. AVIOR's objective is to minimize direct exposure to full payment-card authentication data.

8.5 Monitoring and Logging

AVIOR may maintain security logs, audit trails, fraud signals and system monitoring reasonably necessary to detect misuse, investigate incidents and protect platform integrity.

8.6 Vendor Security

Material technology, payment and data-processing vendors should be assessed and governed through appropriate contractual, privacy and security requirements.

Reliability and incident response

8.7 Availability and Maintenance

AVIOR aims to maintain reliable platform availability but may perform maintenance, upgrades, security actions or emergency interventions that temporarily affect access.

8.8 Incident Response

AVIOR should maintain procedures for identifying, containing, investigating, documenting and remediating material security or privacy incidents.

8.9 Notifications

Where applicable law requires notification of a security or privacy incident to individuals, regulators or business customers, AVIOR will follow the applicable legal threshold and timing.

8.10 Business Continuity

AVIOR may maintain backup, recovery and continuity measures proportionate to the platform's operational importance. These measures do not guarantee uninterrupted service in every circumstance.

8.11 Responsible Reporting

Users and Providers should report suspected account compromise, fraud, security vulnerabilities or privacy incidents through official support channels and should not exploit vulnerabilities or access unauthorized data.

8.12 Trust Center Transparency

AVIOR may publish high-level information about privacy, security, payment safety, incident governance, vendor management and policy updates while withholding information that could create security risk or disclose confidential controls.

Reporting a concern

Suspected account compromise, fraud, security vulnerabilities or privacy incidents should be reported to support@flyavior.com so that AVIOR can investigate and respond.
